Who we are

Loading Growth Pty Ltd and its related companies ("Loading Growth", "we", "us") operate loadinggrowth.com and the Everest coaching programs. We are based in Brookvale, New South Wales, Australia, and can be contacted at info@loadinggrowth.com. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and where we work with founders in the United Kingdom and the European Union, by the UK GDPR and the GDPR respectively.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, work email address, phone number, firm name, staff size, role, and anything you type into a form, a scorecard, an email or a coaching session. Payment details for paid programs are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages visited, referring page, approximate location from your IP address, and the UTM parameters on the link you arrived from. We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels, to measure traffic and to show relevant follow up advertising. You can control cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work without them.

How we use it

• To operate the site, the scorecard and the programs you ask for, and to send you the results and materials you request.
• To respond to enquiries and to book and run strategy calls and coaching sessions.
• To send Ian's weekly note and other marketing about Loading Growth and its related companies, where you have agreed to receive it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
• To improve the site and the programs, using aggregated and de identified data.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us, including our CRM and email platform, our website host, analytics and advertising platforms, our scheduling tool and our payment provider. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Our related companies in the ecosystem (including The IT VA and ITVA Talent) where you ask us to introduce you or where a program is delivered jointly. Buyers or successors in a business sale or restructure. Regulators and courts where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. UK and EU residents also have the right to object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email info@loadinggrowth.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security and retention

We use reputable providers with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep personal information for as long as we have a business or legal need for it, then delete or de identify it.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, write to us first and we will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
