The rhythm of the climb.

Everest runs on a calendar, not on good intentions. Weekly office hours, fortnightly implementation sessions, quarterly intensives and three client dinners a year. Members get every date in their calendar. Everyone else can start with a strategy call.

Every week, every fortnight, every quarter

All online sessions are run live from Sydney and recorded for the cohort. Times are shown in Sydney time; every cycle has a workable slot for founders in other time zones.

Weekly

Office hours

Every Tuesday, 10:00 to 11:00 AM Sydney time. Bring the problem in front of you this week and work it live with Ian and the cohort.

Twice a month

The Implementation

February to November, 9:00 to 10:00 AM Sydney time. The working session where the current lever gets built into your firm, not just discussed.

Quarterly

Everest Intensive

A half day online at the start of each 90 Day Sprint. Review the last sprint, set the one or two levers for the next, and lock the plan with peers.

Through the year

Webinars and community catch ups

Open webinars on a single Key, and informal catch ups for the Everest Tribe. Webinars are the one place non members can see the method in action.

Upcoming dates

Dates are confirmed to members by email and in the Tribe. This list is updated as each one is locked.

Everest Intensive, February 2027

Client Christmas dinners, November

Want the invitation to the next open webinar or client dinner? Tell us on the contact page and choose "Something else".

Take the first step for your IT services firm.

If you are not yet in a program, the way to experience the rhythm is a strategy call with Ian. Forty five minutes, your numbers, one lever.
